Following the Lower Body Hiit, get straight into the Upper Body Hiit workout. Working on your shoulders, biceps, back, chest and more, this intense class will pair toning your arms with strengthening your upper body. What will I need? Make sure you have water available and also a weight which you will use for some of the exercises. If you don't have a weight, no problem! You can create your own by using 1L full water bottles or some canned food in your cupboard. Where will this class happen? This class will be streamed online.
